DUNEDIN, Friday. Mr Colir* AlacDonald Gilray, the fourth Rhodes scholar for New Zealand, and the third Otago Unversity man to gain the distinction, was presented to-day by the Mayor (Mr Loudon), on behalf of the ctizens, with a gold watch and albert, a travelling case, and a letter under the Common seal of the Dunedin City Council.
