George Munro, on the ground of respondent's alleged misconduct. His Honor gave indgment tor the defendant in the suit Brenier v. City Corporation, in which the point. at issue was whether Caversham Drillshed became vested in the Dunedin Corporation as successors to the Caversham Corporation.
