THE ARBITRATION COURT.
WANGANUI, Wednes. At the Arbitration Court to-day the New Zealand Express Company was fined £10 for failing to pay a driver the award rate. Purser and Son were fined £5 for employing an under-rate workman, without a permit. Boyd and Brentan, coach builders, were fined £3 for employing boys, other than that aflQwed by the award.
