There has been serious rioting at Montpellicc over the wine adulteration trouble, when the Montpellier cafes were sackfcd. A troop of cavalry and /a company of infantry quelled the disturbances and 16 arrests were made. r (Montpellier is ' the chief town of 'Herairiit,; 'in the South of France, a famous vine-growing district.
