WELLINGTON, Tuesday. News bas been received that Mr W. I. Barraud, of Wellington, has had some of hi-j pictures accepted for the Royal Institute Exhibition. Another cf liis wors-s bas been hung in the Dudley Gallery. Mr Barraud belongs to he family whioh has made a name tor itself in the art world. Uig father, the late Mr M. C.
