Lead £20 a ton. Silver 30 3-16 don ounce. 7 Hemp is flat. June- August shipments £33. -Copra is flat; South Sea £24 15s. . Wheat is firm for* cargoes, and 65,000 : quarters of Australian March- AprilMay shipment sold at ' prices ranging from 30s 7id to 30 lOid. Rabbits are neglected, and prices are unchanged. At the rabbit skin -sales 1570 were offered and 1247 were*' sold. Tasmanians declined ld lower; New Zealand were at par to Id lower, the .chief decline being m light pelted. Mutton. — Canterbury medium 3Jd ; other sorts are unchanged;, lambs no quotations.
