ACCIDENT TO MR E. M. SMITH, M.H.R.
FALL FROM A CAR PLATFORM [United Press Association.] NEW PLYMOUTH, Friday. Mr E. M. £rnilh, M.H.R., sustained an accident this morning. He had boarded the morning train into town at Eliotstreet, and almost immediately fell off the carriage ptetform, rereiving very severe injuries to his hefd. Ho was removed to the hospital, but he is conscious.
