A NEW AEROPLANE.
[United Pbess Association.—Copyright.] (Received April 17, 9.1 a.m.) LONDON, Tuesday. Router's Paris correspondent reports that M. Fillipi has invented a method of propelling an aeroplane heavier than air. He diminishes the atmospheric pressure over a curved surface by rotating wings. Conclusive experiments show that considerable weights can be supported in the air with little effort.
