FURTHER DEVELOPMENTS,
LONDON, Monday. Nairobi telegrams state that Lord Elgin was misinformed as to the flogging of natives for insulting white women, and that tho flogging was far less severe than that given prisoners in English gaols. Reuter reports that a committeo of ' Rand pioneers has urgently requested i General Botha to support the agitation lin favour of Captain Grogan and j others implicated.
