AUCKLAND, Tuesday. A pe'ilion signed by half of the crew of the steamer Te Aroha, which foundered near Whangarei Heads last week, has been forwarded to the Minister of Marine, asking him to proceed under section 224 of tho Shipping and S. amen's Act against all responsible for the vessel going to sea in an unseaworthy condition.
