Ford, aiid L. It Pdtmer, . The minutes of the previous mCfcting were' read and confirmed. Til* Seci-etat^ stated, that he had replied to Mr Harris, informbiß him that as the Minister of Public Works had exempted their portion of the road Ihrough the Westbrook Estate, his account could not be paid. A letter was received from the Clerk ht the County Council, inviting the litetiib.i-S of tiii? Hoard, ft} bp present at a Conference of Locai Bodies, to be held at. the County Office. The Board decided to be represented at the Conference. Resolved, that the Overseer have the Riverbed road repaired and make the necessary nrrangements for the election.
