WELLINGTON, Tuesday. The appeal in the tram tiicket lot-l tory case has 'been dismissed. Tait, the appellant, had secured fr o m thci City Corporation tho right to dispose of the priviloges ' of advertising on the tram tickets, and ho ' 1 advertised 'in the Wellington newspapers that *ho would in ciactk month pay £6 on the production to Jjim of tickets bearing certain numbers which ho !would at the end of the iiiorrth call for.
