The third reading; is fixed for Thursday. The Parliamentary Committee inquiring into the Employers' Federation and Shipbuilding Employers' Federation, is issuing a memorandum to the Peers assigning the enactment of the Trade Dispute Bill on the ground that it wauld be a grave step to legalise conspiracy and interference with the liberty of third parties. Lord Muskerry intends to move that the Bill be read, this day six months.
