CITIZENS' BAND.
The Citizons' Band, in conjunction with tba Firo Brigade, will hold an open-air carnival at tho Botanical Reserve on Wednesday evening. A torchlight iprocession round the town will precede tho programme in the grounds. A number of novelties will to introduced, including a spectacular display by the -Dark Town Fire Brigade, cak<> walftk. Punch's pony, St. John's CftJymnasium Class display, music, dancing on the green, etc.
