Nonunioiusts obtained a verdict against tho Queensland Union for deprivation of employment. Tho State Court found that the Union had conspired to deprive a man of work, although it had acted under Instructions of n general meeting, and awarded the pl'aineiiT ! J_loo damages. The Union appealed, but the High Court dismissed tho appeal. It was held that the Court was bound to follow the To.lt Vale decision in England.
