Wholesale arrest-s have, been made ut Wjaj-sajw, Uicluktonj**** leading Polish Socialists. Crowds of ra^gted peasants from the famine-stricken districts arc arriving at Moscow. Excitement prevails at Helsingfors owing to the removal on _ a torpedoer of two Russian po'lica who acted as agents provocateurs in the Januarj • disorders. They were tried by tbe Finnish courts but allowed" to stay at the military hospital for three weelcs on the ground of illness. Tbey are now removed outside Finnish jurisdiction.
