Eeplying to the Duke of Bedfords criticism in the House of Lords on the action of Lord Eoberts in placing Colonel Kinloch of the Grenadier Guards on the retired list in connection with "Bagging in the Guards. Lord Eoberts declared that the decision was in accordonce with the regulations and also in the interests of the army, He said he would not allow the honourable traditions of the army to be sullied by a disgusting- and degrading form of bullying.
