'AUCKLAND, This DayAt the Supreme Court Cornelius TaU, an elderly man, was charged with tnett and forgery on an order purporting to ne a receipt for goods. The prisoner was described by the Judge as a perfect pest to society having been ih the Southern . prisons for the best !part of the last 25 years.
