SMUGGLING OF FRENCH ARMS. (Rec. May 4. 8.46 a.m.) LONDON, Yesterday, The British sent an officer and 25 Sepoys to inquire into the smuggling of arms at Sokotra for Somaliland. The Sultan handed over 42 French rifles and 4000 rounds of ammunition received from Muscat.
