EVACUATION OP MANCHURIA DEFERRED.
EXCESSIVE RUSSIAN DEMANDS
(Received April 25, 9.36 a.m.) LONDON Yesterday
Russia. as a condition of evacuating Niuchwang, and two southern provinces of China, demanded that China Bhoull not agree to the establishment of any new treaty port in Manchuria ; that China should not establish new foreign Consulates ; that tha Customs at Niuchwang should be payable to the Buwo-Chinese bank ; and that Russians should be exclusively employed in administrative offices. Prince Ching rejected the demands. .

Renter's Pekin correspondent states that Russia has informed China that she takes no further steps to evacuate Manchuria until China has signed an agreement practically ceding the sovereignty of the provinces and excluding other nations.
