WELLINGTON, July 29 W hen the barque G. M. Tucker completed her sensational voyage from Newcastle last week, and arrived in Wellin^. ton, she was promptly boarded by an enterprising shipping reporter, who to-day appeared among defendants before the SM. on a charge of visiting a vessel prior to the health Officer granting pratique. Ihe Magistrate, however, helS that the pressman had acted under the bona fide belief that he was not committing an offence. Thec^se was accordingly withdrawn.
