SENTENCES ON REBELS.
LONDON, July 26. Two rebels at Kenhardt, and two at Middl.-burg, have been executed, while thirteen at Dordrecht have been sentenced to penal servitude for life, and two t> fire and ten years' imprisonment respectively.
(Received July 27, 917 am.) LONDON, July 26. A number of rebels in the vicinity o Middleburg have surrendered.
Lor*d Kitchenpr's execution of rebels is intended to counteract the sedulouslyfosterel belief that rebellion means only five years' disfranchisement.
