THE TITLE OF PRINCE OF WALE
TO BE CONFERRED AFTER THE VISIT. LONDON, February 9. The Duke of Cornwall and York will be created the Prince of Wales after his visit to the colonios. "The Times " eulogjses the King's so and judgment and delicate tact in reserving the title until it oanbebeßfcowed as a recognition of the performance of a great public Imperial duty. Such an acknowledgment indicates the King's desire to strengthen the links binding the colonies to the Motherland.
