EMBARKATION OF TROOPS.
•LONDON, Feb. 13. Five thousand troops embarked for South Africa yesterday, including tinfirst troop of a contingent of veterans formed by Lord Loch, formerly Governor of Victoria and of Capo Colony, and in early life iu tho Indian Army.
