THE APPEAL DISALLOWED.
On the Court resuming- after the luncheon adjournment to-day, His Honor said that he had decided that no appeal could lie from the District Court to the Supreme Court. Mr Pitt's objection was therefore upheld, and the application was dismissed with £5 5s costs against tho appellants. The position," therefore, remains in favour of Mr Dodgshnn. subject, of course, to appeal to the Court of Appeal. (.Left Sitting.)
