A PRESUMPTIVE EARL IN PBISON. A CLERGYMAN AND HIS WIFE SENTENCED. [United Press Association]. LONDON, October 21, The Hon Philip Benedict Jo«efh Pel re, brother and heir presumptive to Baroo Pstre, has been sentenced to six months' imprisonmtnt for cashing worthless cheques. The Rev. Mr Oowan, Vicar of Ronton, Narfolk, and hia wife, have each been aentenced to four months' imprisonment for ill-treating tbeir oiphac nei es.
