WELLINGTON, This Day. After the Telegraph Office closed, the second reading of the Aid to Public Works and Land Settlement Bill was agreed to by 34 to 16. The Bill was committed and agreed to unaltered, and passed through its final stages. The House adjourned at 1.60.
