THE "SCOTCH MARKET." The " Scotch Market " held in connection with the Jubilee of the Presbyterian' Church was formally opened by the Mayor (Mr F. Trask) at the Provincial Hall thiß afternoon in the presence of a numerous gathering. The Hall is very nicely decorated and the stalls and numerous novelties present a busy and attractive scene.
