NO MATERIAL RISE LIKELY. DUNEDIN, This Day. Local advices Eay that tho kerosene market has risen a penny, but prices are not likely to be materially affeoted as a ship with 10,000 oases is almost due. [Three or four big cargoes of kerosene are now at sea for New Zealand, and as they will probably arrive before they can be interfered with, the stock should be sufficient for twelve months, presuming that uo other shipments arrive. A private cable announces that all current quotations for American merchandise have been withdrawn.]
