SEIZURE OF THE SHENANDOAH.
A VESSEL UNDER BRITISH REGISTER. NEW YORK, Sunday. The Spaniards have captured the steamer Shenandoah, .bound from San Francisco' to Antwerp with a cargo of 220,000 quarters of wheat. It is reported that she was flying the British flag, [Mr Rogers, of the Anchor Company, kindly informs us that the Shenandoah is a British vessel, registered in London, (see Lloyd's register) and owned by the Chesajpeake and Ohio S. N. Co., Ld. She is a single screw steel tteamer oif 2492 tons neb, 370 feet in length, and she was built in 1893.]
