DESPATCH OF THE AMERICAN SQUADRON.
THE SPANISH GARRISON. NEW YORK, April 22. The American squadron s'tationed at Key West ha9 been ordered to blookode Havana. It was expected to sail at 8 o'olock la3t evening, HAVANNA, April 22. Twenty-eight thousand regular troops .and 15,000 volunteers garrison Havana, and the fortifications at the entrance of the harbour are very strong.
