BLECHON OF FOHOOL COMMITTEES. . » IN accordance with the provisions 'of "The School Committees Election Act, 1891," ihe Nelson Education Board hereby notifies that Meetings of Householders will beheld in all Sohool Districts within the Education Distriot of Nelson at 8 p.m. on' MONDAY, the 25th day of April, 1898, for the Eleotion of School Committees. The 'meeting at Brightwater will be held in the Brick Sohool, at Dovedale in ■ the Main School, at Hope in the Ranzau School, at Riwaka in the Biwaka School, at Ngatimoti in the Ngatimoti School, at Suburban North in the Hill Side School,. at Richmond, Wakefield, and "Webtport in the Boys' Sohools, and afc Nelson in the Provincial .Hall. . In all other Districts the Meetings will be held in the Schoolroom. Householders may send in writing, to the Chairman of their respective School Committees, to be delivered before 8 p.m. on Monday, the 18th day of April, the names of Persons being resident Householders nominated by them to serve on the Sohool Committee for the year next ensuing. Each nomination must be signed by the person nominated and by the proposer, and must be in the form or to the effect of the schedule attached to ",The Sohool Committees Election Aot, 1891." , Nominatoins may also be made at the meeting of Householders aa provided for in Section 9 of the above-named Act. In the following Sohool Districts the Committee will consist of Five resident Householders, viz, Anatoki, Brighton, Central Buller, Cronadun, Eighty-Eight Valley, Karamea, Kaituna, Long- Plain,* Motnpiko, Upper Motupiko, Murohison, Merrijigs, Pokorovo, Pakawau, Pariwhakaho, Hockville. In the following School Districts th6 Committee will consist of Seven resident householders, viz., Addison's Plat, Appleby.Aorere, Black's Point, Brightwater, Burnett's Face, Capleston, Cape Poulwind, Charleston, Church Hill, Collingwood, Coal Creek, Dovedale, Denniston, Pox Hill, Granity Creek, Hope, Little Groy, Lyell, Moufcere-Upper, MoutereLower, Motueka, Motupipi, Neudorf, Ngatimoti, Pangatotara, Promised Land, Richmond, Riwaka, Sherry, Stoke, Spring Grove, Suburban North, Stanley Brook, Summerlea, Takaka-Lower, TakakaCentral, Takaka-Eaat, Tadmor, "Waimea West, "Wakefield-Lower, WakefieldUpper, Waimangaroa. In the following sohool districts the committee will consist of nine resideni householders, viz., Nelson, Reefton, and "Westport, AIDED SCHOOLS. The parents and guardians only of ohildren attending aided schools, will meet in their respective schoolrooms at 8 p.m., on Monday the 25th day of April 1898. for the . election of school committees under the Board's By-Law No. 74.
