[United Press Association.] "LONDON, April 21. At a meeting of the British South Africa Company, Mr Cecil Bhodes eaid that in time the shareholders would obtaiu returns for all the Transvaal troubles. Because Englishmen had been treated like slaves they would never stop until their rights were conceded. II was proposed that a guarantee from the British Government be obtained for a loan of £2,000,000 to construct a railway from Buluwayo to Lake Tanganyika, which would give tbe British control of Central Afrioa.
