CABINET CHANGES IN QUEENSLAND.
TRANSFER OF THE PREMIERSHIP. [United Press Association.] BRISBANE, April 12. Sir Hugh Nelaon resigns the Premiership to-morrow, and takes tbe position of President of the Legislative Council in the room of the late Sir Arthur Palmer. He recommends the Governor to send for Mr T. J, Byrnes, Attorney-General. It is believed likely that a dissolution of Parliament will be asked for.
