. BRITISH TROOPS FROM NOVA BCOTIA. LONDON, April 12. Tbe second battalion of the Leinster rogiment has been ordered from Halifax, Nova Scotia, to Jamaioa, to prevent the island being used as a base of operations by belligerents in case of war in Cuba.
