Information was received by telegraph on Saturday afternoon, of the result ofthc recent University Terms examinations, held in Nelson. Miss Marie McEachen, late ofjthe Girls' College, passed her " third terms " examination, and the following present pupils of the Girls' College were successful : N. Tho Kotorua will leavo Dunedin at noon on Tuesday, 28th December, visit all the principal Sounds, and return on 3rd January, the Conferonce opening on the following day.
