[United Press Association.] CHRISTCHURCH, November 7. The Governor and Lady Rauf urly arrived this morning at Lyttelton, where they received addresses from the Harbonr Board and the Borough Counoil. They were met at the Christchurch Rail-' way Station by the Mayorand City Conncillors, and a guard of honour. The Mayor's daughter presented a bouquet. A procession was formed of the Governor's j carriages, under escort o£ the MountedRifles. The Cathedral bells rang out a welcome peal,, and Mnmphal arches '' were erected on the South Belt, and in ' ' the Cathedral .
