THE AUSGLEICH BILL.
[United Press Association.] VIENNA, November 6. The Reichsrath, after a sitting lasting all night, and characterised by scenes of great disorder, read a first time the Bill for prolonging the Ausgleich, or arrangement for meeting the joint expenditure of Austria and Hungary.
