Report of the Mildura Conimission,
[United Press Association.) Melbourne. Soptembor 18. The report of the Royal Commission on the failure of Chaffey Bros.' irrigation colony of Mildura says that grave errors were made in laying out the settlement and in making provisions for the supply of wator. The behef is expressed that Chaffey Bros initiated the scheme without capital, though at the time assurance was given to the Government that they were men of large means.
