The Tariff.
[United Press Association.] Napier, This Day. At a meeting of the Napier Chamber of Commerce, a resolution was passed a>king tbe Government to modify the proposed tariff as to the duties ou flannelette and shirtings, on the grounds that the imposition of such duties would -press hardly on the working class and teud to restrict employment.
