Defaming Legislators.
[United Press Association.] Adelaide, July 2. It is understood that Mr Honeywell, a business man, and Mr Honeytbon, proprietor of the ' Advertiser," will be summoned to'the bar of the House in connection with the publication of an interview with Mr Honeywell with renard to the Early Closing Bill, in which the latter said he considered that many members of Parliament were rogues, and that tbe House was a general refuge for the destitute. The language used last" Sunday by the Rev &fr Piatt may also claim consideration. 'He "said thin they were making Parliamentary institutions a hissing and a by-word, and bring, ing things to that pass when men shrug their shoulders at the name of Parliament; also there are some men in Parliament who plainly show that they aro fitted for nothing so muoh as for dishonouring it, and that some language used, in debate would have oome trippingly from a Blllins.
