[United Presa Association.] Sydney, June 27. The Premier presided at a meeting of the Freetrade party to prepare for the election campaign. He atated that he would go to the oountry upon the Land and Inoome Tax and Tariff Bills just as they stood A Bill to reform the Council was being prepared. In the Assembly the Electoral Bill passed its third reading, two Publio Works Billa passed through Committee, and the Loan Bill is now being debated, The Couuoil has passed supply.
