[United Press Association.] London, April 28. Tha Nicaraguans are dosing the port of Corinto to prevent the English from collecting lie customs duties. This action causes some anxiety in the United States lest the English should retaliate by seizing St. Juan, which is one of the termini of the proposed canal.
