Million and a Half Loan.

Lundo.v, April 2G. In connection with the Advnncas to Settlers Act Mr Ward hns arranged with the Bank of England to issue to-morrow a three per cent loan of a million iind a half with a minimum of ninety. Tenders will close on Thursday.
