balance-sheet shows a balance to credit d profit and loss account of £450[?]. The debenture debt 'vns incraased by ' £4000, and i sura of £1500 debited to reserve to meet a loss on one of the Queensland properties The directors regret that they ate unable to report any improvement in New South Wales or Queensland, nevertheless interest on the bulk of the Company's loans has been fairly met.
