Timaru, This Day. The Harbour Board election next month is creating much interest. A meeting at Geraldine under the Auspices of the Farmers' Club disoussod the polioy of the Board, and resolutions were carried that the Board should be guided by engineering advice in matters affecting the saf ety of the harbour, that an expert should be employed to test the capabilities of the tug dredge and that no oandidate be supported who will not oarry out those recommendations,
