Accidental Death.
Auckland, This Day. Manuel de Pines, a settler at Monganui, was turning a waggon when it capsized into a creek. The handle of the brake penetrated his head, causing instant death. Two children in the Avaggon escaped unhurt. An inquest was held and a. verdict returned of accidental death.
