Mr Wi Roper Paul, the London inauager, recalled, denied many of Mr Moore's statjtneofci, bub admitted thab ho had deceived the auditors respecting the director's approval of tho form of balance sheet. Mr Justice Williams has postponed leavo to re* gißter the New Loan and Mercantile Agenoy Company, in order that tho truttses for the prior lion may approve of the artioles of Association,
