Child Murder Case.
Melbourne, December 4. In Chambers to-tiay Airs Knorr's counsel argued the points raised during the trial of the accused, These were chiefly that the Judge mis-directed the jury, and that the evidence did not accurately identify the child. The Judge agreed to restate a case for the full Court, and sentence waß deferred pending the result of the appeal.
