CORRECTION. To the Editor of the " Evening Mail." Sir —ln my letter on "Fermented and Uufermeoted Wines " I am made to say that Passover wine was unfermented and intoxi» eating. I said it was unfermented and unintoricating. It would be simple nonsense as quoted by your correspondent. I Bhould much like this correction to be made if not too much trouble. lam, eto., Thos.
